I'm sorry, this application has been declined as well. To start, you need to at least be caught up with the English release of the manga - volume 13 - though it is preferable you are through chapter 110. Next, though I suspect what you put in the 'who do you want this character to end up with' part is meant for the 'why do you want this character,' not only is it inaccurate - Kagura does not want to kill Kyou, it is merely her way of expressing her love, and she doesn't do it anymore at the current point, even in the English release - it is not a good reason. You did not explain her personality at all, and it was wrong; she is not 'mad', she just has a unique way of expressing herself. Also, your sample RP...putting one word on each line does not make it a full line. 10-15 lines means 10-15 complete lines. And you did not show Kagura at all, not to mention the part at the end with Kyou dying was completely out of context. 5 minutes per week is not enough time, and you still haven't told me how dedicated you can be. Finally, you still appear not to have read the rules. Also, I see your grammar and spelling has still not improved.
